About You
Getting the most out of learning
In this session learners will better appreciate the benefits of learning during this time of change. It will show them the opportunities for learning all around them every day if they are prepared to seize it and finally they will gain an insight into how they like to learn and so help them get the most out of any input they receive whether on or off the job.
Comfort Zone and Limiting Beliefs
In this session learners will explore how we develop habits as human beings and how these habits can limit our beliefs about what we can do, impacting on our positive reaction to change. The session will ensure that learners translate these beliefs into positive ones that support a flexible approach to life.
What Do You Want?
In this session learners will discover that when we experience change, we get what we focus on. So during this session learners will place their focus on what they want to achieve through change. This will appeal to both logical and creative people as we develop our own treasure maps for success.
Career mapping
Today’s workforce has access to such a huge amount of information sometimes this can be confusing. People are also more likely to job switch and experiment. This session will help individuals build clarity about what they want from a job by better understanding their own values and personal goals and how they can achieve these in their current job.
About Others
Passive or proactive?
In this session managers will be challenged on the role they are taking during the transition and build their positive capability for driving change and building confidence in their teams. They will also be introduced to the manager’s toolkit that will provide them with many diverse ideas about how to help their team and individuals through the transition period.
Are You Right or Free?
In this session learners will reflect on how they communicate with others when faced with change and make a choice about the way they react to different people and in different situations to ensure a more positive outcome. Learners will better understand how their approach and needs can either positively or negatively impact on the success of the communication and work through how to adjust their response to get the outcome they want. It is only through clear communication that people better understand your needs and you can better understand their needs and then together you can work towards improved outcomes
Who am I?
In this session learners will discover their personal communication style and develop flexibility to improve their relationships with others so they can support and encourage each other through change.
Coach or counsellor?
In this session managers consider the diverse support roles they need to adopt during change at work that causes confusion and concern for many. The session will help them better understand the boundaries of their role and how to help others focus on the future rather than living in the past.
About The Task
What can we you influence?
In this session learners will experience the feeling of weight being lifted off of their shoulders by taking control over the things they can directly or indirectly influence when faced with change and letting go of what is out of their control.
Reactions to Change
In this session learners will encounter a real experience of the 7 human reactions to change, and then build strategies to control these reactions making sure they do not hinder their excellence and ensuring a thriving approach to change.
Everyone can help
How everyone on the team can take a positive role in supporting each other through coaching and openness. This session encourages each person to take a look beyond their own needs and through this help themselves and others.
Urgent and important
During transition it is easy to get lost in the doing of thinking about what is going on and hide behind emails and the inevitable meetings. This short session encourages everyone to review how they can best spend their time over the coming weeks and build a positive action plan and commitments that will really set them up as pioneers within the organisation.
