Carly is passionate about making a positive difference to people. Throughout her life she has had lots of experiences to take learning from and that has developed a drive for taking learning from every opportunity she can. Carly is a Creative Consultant for Leaps and Bounds, she is there to help businesses achieve what they want through designing innovative, creative and practical learning events that encourage, challenge and gain commitment to action. She also enjoys delivering training for different groups of people in different fields. As Carly says "The feeling you get when a learner has a 'lightbulb' moment – where learning finally makes sense or has impact for them – is just incredible. Knowing you are making a difference to somebody each and every day works for me!"
