Having been in business improvement and training for over 25 years, Paul's passion for using the latest cutting edge accelerated learning techniques has taken him all over Europe, America and Mexico.

He says "I don't believe anyone ever loses the excitement of learning something new although it can get pretty buried sometimes. And when we get people enjoying learning and improving the performance of the business at the same time, I struggle to think of it as work. It's much more a privilege to be a part of that process. "

When not with his family or practising Yoga, Paul can occasionally be found playing an old Les Paul guitar in rock bands in Oxfordshire.
