James has been training hands-on skills for 8 years, from fine dining to bespoke corporate computer applications and loves the creative challenge of bringing new life to traditionally dull topics. James designs from an 'eye of the learner' perspective with an 'eye of the customer' focus. Having learnt so much the "hard way" James is passionate about ensuring learning's a 'breeze' by making it meaningful, intellectually stimulating and most of all fun! "I love to see the impact of effective training, the positive changes people make as a result. I love to feel that impact when I learn something!"
