Project Team Members

We are looking for people capable of working with people at every level of a business, all with a focus on innovation, together with any of the following:

  • Running projects
  • Undertaking research
  • Simplifying the research data gathered into simple, fast, effective solutions
  • Delivering workshops
  • Be able to demonstrate the difference you have made to others
  • Demonstrate continuing personal learning
  • And you are prepared to develop our business with existing and new clients

We recruit stars whose experience may cover service innovation, culture change, learning and development, marketing.

You will be based at our office in Chatham in Kent but will be expected to travel to our client sites across the UK.

Project Support

We need energetic, bright, organised team players. You will need to be able to:

  • Quickly see the 'big picture' and understand how the project fits together
  • Be amazingly organised and make things happen when, where and how they need to happen!
  • Wear a BIG smile and always seek out ways to help others smile with you
  • Bring together the things and people needed to deliver something special for our clients
  • Filter loads of info, work out what's important and what the team need
  • Have great project management skills – be able to deal with clients on logistics, booking travel, venues, and organising peoples' time.

Team Support

You are the Good Friday of our team. You will do whatever it takes to keep things running smoothly. You will be involved in everything from desk based design research, project PA support, surveys, food, travel, financial controls, environment, and generally helping others to feel great about what they do.
